Sheep milk cheese aged over 12 months. Made with organic milk from grass fed sheep in the pastures of Sardinia, Italy. Sharp, salty, with tones of soft spices and a bit pungent. It can be used for shredding over pasta or vegetables, or eating with chestnut honey or strawberry jam.
