
Daikon Radish ~ Cut
Micro Radish Daikon is very small in size, averaging 5-10 centimeters in length, and has broad, flat, heart-shaped leaves with curved, even edges. The green leaves are thin, soft, smooth, and somewhat round, connected to slender, crunchy, pale white to green-red stems. The leaves also have some light green veining spanning across the surface. Micro Radish Daikon is tender and crisp with sharp, green flavors and a grassy, lingering peppery heat.
Micro Radish Daikon is available year-round. Micro Radish Daikon is an excellent source of vitamins A and C, and also contains potassium, fiber, calcium, copper, and manganese.
